The difference

Psychologist + Executive Coach

Most executive coaches are not psychologists. Most psychologists are not executive coaches. Rob is both — trained as a psychologist at Harvard and as an executive coach at the University of Michigan.

That combination changes what happens in the room. The business problem gets solved, and so does the human dynamic underneath it: the relationship, the avoidance, the succession no one wants to name.
